Tonight’s dinner was a creative test, and worked well. I think my husband thoroughly enjoyed the meal.
Recipe:
1 pound Ground Beef/Turkey/Chicken (I used Turkey)
1/2 cup Taco Seasoned Cheddar Cheese Blend
1/3 cup Chopped/Diced Mushrooms (great use for left over stems)
2 tsp worchestershire sauce (I recommend omitting if you are using beef)
Mix them together well, by hand or spoon. Form into patties and cook until done. I cooked them over the stove on Med-High heat. I also added a slice of American cheese to the top, because we love cheese here! Served them on potato bread buns, which really helped with the flavor.
This is one meal I will have to remember to repeat in a month or so. Just too good!
