Ok, so this was SUPER yummy and I got to test out a new product!
4 salmon fillets
1/2 cup Hickory Grapeseed oil (From Wildtree.com)
3 glove of garlic
1/4 cup butter

Melt the butter in a skillet with the garlic and oil on a low heat. Once melted increase to medium and add the salmon fillets. Cook about 4 min on each side, only flip once (if possible). When on the last side, increase heat to high and cook 1 min. This will add a nice crunchy side. Remove from skillet and serve.
